About Sharon Fern

Throughout my professional career I have always been Customer Service focused. Prior to Real Estate I worked for Hancock Fabrics for 18 years and Arizona Mail Order for 7 years. In 2014 I made the decision to get my RE License. Getting my license not only allowed me to remain in the customer service field, but also to share my love of Tucson with my clients. I earned my Broker’s License in 2020; which, paired with my experience in RE and Tucson, makes me an expert in the Tucson Market.

Aside from Real Estate I enjoy being outside in beautiful Tucson running, hiking, bicycling, and walking my dog, Lily. I live in the perfect place to be outdoors. Our town is surrounded by mountains on all four sides which, not only provides beautiful views, but are great for year round hiking and other outdoor activities. While Tucson is a city it really does feel like a small town.

Every client is different when it comes to their service needs. I specialize in providing a client centric experience for everyone that hires me. Positivity and patience are key components in every transaction, which are two traits that I excel in. I am very organized and knowledgeable during every transaction from start to finish.
