We were in a good market for homes but weak market for empty lots, with others for sale in the neighborhood and throughout the valley, that had been listed for a long time. Sharon stepped us through the entire process, helped us discover a defect in title and get it corrected, handled various calls and finally presented us with an excellent offer in, what we thought, was a relatively short amount of time considering the weakness in that part of the real estate market.
